当今小学教学方式多种多样,这些教学方式对小学生的可持续发展具有重要的作用和价值。合作学习就是其中一种常见的教学方式,现有关于合作学习理论的研究较为丰富,但在教学实践中还是有其不足之处,如:小学生对合作学习的含义理解不到位;合作学习的任务设计当;时间安排不合理;学生参与度不均衡;教师的指导作用发挥不充分等等。因此,本文对上述问题进行了探讨,并有针对性的提出了一些策略,力求对教师教学实践有所帮助。
Nowadays, there are many kinds of teaching methods in primary schools. These teaching methods play an important role and value for the sustainable development of primary school students. Cooperative learning is one of the most common teaching methods. The existing researches on cooperative learning theory are more abundant, but there are still some shortcomings in teaching practice. For example, primary school students can not understand the meaning of cooperative learning well, and cooperative learning tasks Design when; scheduling is not reasonable; student participation is not balanced; teachers play a role in guiding inadequate and so on. Therefore, this article has carried on the discussion to these questions, and has put forward some tactics pertinently, tries hard to be helpful to the teacher teaching practice.
