根据我国HEV基因序列分析，设计引物，检测临床上可疑HE患者25例，82份样品。在患者血清及粪便样品中，HEVRNA的阳性率分别为77．78％和63．16％；临床诊断为HE的20例患者，HEVRNA全为阳性，5例抗HEV阴性而未分型的患者，HEVRNA也为阳性。血中HEVRNA可持续90天，粪便中可持续33天。
According to the HEV gene sequence analysis in our country, primers were designed to detect 25 cases of clinically suspicious HE and 82 samples. The positive rates of HEVRNA were 77.78% and 63.16% respectively in the serum and stool samples of patients. In 20 patients with HE, all of them were positive for HEVRNA, 5 were negative for HEV but not typed, HEVRNA is also positive. HEVRNA in blood can last for 90 days, and in feces for 33 days.
