目的了解公立托幼机构消毒工作质量,为开展消毒技术指导工作提供科学依据。方法通过现场抽样检测方法,对天津市某区10家公立托幼机构消毒质量检测结果进行分析。结果 2012年全区公立托幼机构共采集各类样品196件,合格165件,合格率为84.18%;各类样品的合格率由高至低依次分别是工作人员手为100.00%,餐桌、玩具、毛巾等各类物体表面为92.31%,儿童用餐饮用具为90.00%,紫外线灯强度为66.67%,室内空气为55.00%。结论该区公立托幼机构消毒质量不容乐观,应加强消毒知识培训和制度建设,加大消毒灭菌工作投入,落实责任追究制度,可有效提高各类管理者的责任心,达到标本兼治的目的。
Objective To understand the quality of public nurseries disinfection work, to provide scientific basis for disinfection technology guidance. Methods By on-site sampling and testing methods, the disinfection quality test results of 10 public nurseries in a certain district of Tianjin were analyzed. Results In 2012, a total of 196 samples of various kinds were collected from public nurseries and kindergartens in the whole district, with a pass rate of 84.18% and a pass rate of 84.18%. Conclusion The quality of public nurseries in this area is not optimistic about the disinfection quality. Training and system construction of disinfection knowledge should be strengthened. The work of disinfection and sterilization should be stepped up and the accountability system should be implemented to effectively improve the managers’ sense of responsibility and achieve the goal of treating both symptoms and symptoms .
