目的探讨骨科护患纠纷的原因及预防对策。方法针对护患纠纷产生的原因及其发展的趋势和变化,发现护理工作中的缺陷、失误和差错,提出针对性的防范措施。结果投诉原因主要包括医疗收费、服务态度、沟通障碍、法律意识及业务素质。结论严格收费制度、提高服务质量、加强护患沟通、增强法律意识、提升业务素质,是减少护患纠纷的关键。
Objective To discuss the causes of orthopedic nurse-patient disputes and preventive measures. Methods Based on the causes of the nurse-patient dispute and its development trend and changes, find the defects, mistakes and mistakes in the nursing work, and put forward some preventive measures. The main reasons for the complaint include medical charges, service attitude, communication barriers, legal awareness and professional qualities. Conclusions Strict charging system, improve service quality, strengthen nurse-patient communication, enhance legal awareness and improve professional quality, is the key to reducing nurse-patient disputes.
