目的研究三角叶荨麻根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、凝胶柱色谱等各种色谱技术对三角叶荨麻根的化学成分进行分离,应用理化方法和波谱技术鉴定了化合物的结构。结果自三角叶荨麻根中分离得到10个化合物,分别为22E-5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(22E-5α,8α-peroxyergosterd-6,22-diene-3β-alcohol,1)、东莨菪素(scopoletin,2)、正丁基吡喃果糖苷(n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside,3)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,4)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,5)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethyl-furaldehyde,6)、对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,7)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(4-methoxybenzoic acid,8)、十七烷酸-1-甘油酯(2,3-dihydroxypropyl heptadecoate,9)、正十五烷酸(pentadecanoic acid,10)。结论化合物1-10均为首次从三角叶荨麻中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the nettle root of Triangular Leaf. Methods The chemical constituents of the nettle root were separated by silica gel column chromatography, thin layer chromatography and gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical methods and spectroscopic techniques. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the nettle root of Coriolus versicolor, which were 22E-5α, 8α-peroxyergosterd-6,22 -diene-3β-alcohol, 1), scopoletin (2), n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (3), daucosterol (4) Β-sitosterol (5), 5-hydroxymethyl-furfural (6), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (7), 4-methoxybenzoic acid 8), 2,3-dihydroxypropyl heptadecoate (9), pentadecanoic acid (10). Conclusions Compounds 1-10 were isolated from the nettle for the first time.
