塑造品牌主要是三个方面的事情:一个是产品的生产方;一个是广告公司与营销公司;还有一个方面就是市场方面的响应(也就是消费者)。这三者都是塑造品牌的强势力量,哪一方面的用力都会为品牌的塑造产生重大影响。然而,现实的情况是,塑造品牌的服务变成了广告公司与营销公司、公关公司等产品边缘公司的事情。实际上,这两年的品牌热,是不断成熟的市场进逼所造成的,而对于产品一方与市场一方大多呈现一种漠然的状态,于是中间力量如广告公司之类就成为了打造品牌的比较活跃的分子。而在这里我们想突出同样重要的其它两个部分。
