Cynthia Ozek explores history in many novels, and she believes that as a Jew, she should stick to her long history and become a member of Jewish civilization. Therefore, the protagonists in Ozark’s work always seek history either consciously or unconsciously: Putnam, in “Putmese: Her Work Experiences, Ancestry and Afterlife,” is linked to her own Jewish tradition, Compilation of history; the novel’s “trust” in the name of unknown narrator to unlock their mystery of life and started the process of looking for biological father; the same time on the road to growth, she gained knowledge of world history, understand the historical events Judgment is very important. The concept of history reflected in Ozick’s works is actually Jewish’s view of history. For Jews, living in history is an obligation, but history is not an accumulation of events, but a judgment of events.
