今年的6月14日,是我国的第三个文化遗产日。上海首批参加非物质文化遗产名录评审的90个项目中,传统手工艺技艺类占了26项,其中既有人们熟悉的王家沙点心、南翔小笼、徐行草编、枫泾丁蹄、上海黄酒,也有曾风靡一时的鲁庵印泥、罗泾十字挑花、鼎丰腐乳、钱万隆酱油酿造等,但其中不少已面临后继无人的濒危境地。专家呼吁,要借“申遗”良机,重振“老字号”昔日雄风。为此,记者最近走访了“鼎丰腐乳”的生产企业——具有144年历史的上海鼎丰酿造食品有限公司。
