本研究测定了158例颅内肿瘤的短潜伏期体感诱发电位(SLSEP),其中包括神经胶质瘤、脑膜瘤、神经鞘瘤、转移瘤等。在158例中,幕上肿瘤116例,幕下肿瘤42例,138例为术后病理学检查证实。结果表明,幕上肿瘤SLSEP总异常率为81.0%,其中位子额顶叶或半球深部者异常率较高;幕下肿瘤SLSEP总异常率为90.5%,较幕上者高。作者还观察到,颅内恶性肿瘤的SLSEP异常率比良性者高。研究结果提示,SLSEP的测定对颅内肿瘤的定位和定性诊断有较高的应用价值。
In this study, short-term somatic evoked potential (SLSEP) was measured in 158 cases of intracranial tumors, including glioma, meningioma, schwannoma and metastases. In 158 cases, supratentorial tumors in 116 cases, supratentorial tumors in 42 cases, 138 cases confirmed by postoperative pathology. The results showed that the total abnormal SLSEP rate of supratentorial tumor was 81.0%, and the abnormal rate of SLSEP in supratentorial parietal lobe or hemisphere was higher. The gross abnormal SLSEP rate of supratentorial tumor was 90.5%, which was higher than those in the supratentorial area. The authors also observed that the abnormal rate of SLSEP in intracranial malignancies is higher than that of benign ones. The results suggest that SLSEP determination of the location and qualitative diagnosis of intracranial tumors have a higher value.
