目的探讨北京市海淀区疾病预防控制中心人力资源配置现况,为优化人才结构,加强队伍建设提供科学依据。方法从疾控中心上报《中国疾病预防控制基本信息系统》的各年资料中,收集人员数量、年龄、学历、职称、专业等数据,用Excel建立数据库并进行描述性分析。结果海淀区每万人拥有区级疾控人员1.46人,人员年龄主要集中在25~44岁;本科学历为46.44~54.76%,硕士研究生占20%;高级职称人员明显偏少,以中级和初级为主。人员以预防专业为主,医学和检验专业也占有较大比例。结论该中心每万人拥有疾控人员数量偏低,学科骨干和高级职称人员明显缺乏,人力资源结构不均衡,专业结构有待优化。
Objective To explore the status of human resources allocation in Haidian District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Beijing to provide a scientific basis for optimizing talent structure and strengthening team building. Methods Data were collected from the CDC for each year of the “Basic Information System for Disease Control and Prevention in China”, and the data such as number of employees, age, educational background, professional title and specialty were collected. The database was established by Excel and analyzed descriptively. Results Each district of Haidian District had 1.46 persons with disease control and disease control at district level and its staff mainly concentrated in the age group of 25-44 years. The degree of undergraduate education was 46.44-54.76% and that of postgraduate students was 20%. The number of senior professional titles was obviously less than that of middle-level and junior-level Mainly. Mainly to prevent professionals, medicine and testing also occupy a large proportion of professional. Conclusion The center has a low number of CDCs per 10,000 population, a clear lack of key disciplines and senior professional titles, an imbalanced human resources structure and a need to optimize the professional structure.
