合成了二维的超分子化合物[(HgCl4)(H2tmdp)]·CH3OH[(tmdp为1,3-二(4-哌啶基)丙烷],对其进行了元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射等表征.晶体[(HgCl4)(H2tmdp)].CH3OH属正交晶系,空间群Fdd2,晶胞参数a=2.5940(5)nm,b=1.7401(4)nm,c=1.9162(4)nm,α=β=γ=90°,Z=16.晶体结构中,汞离子与四个氯原子配位形成[HgCl4]2-阴离子,1,3-二(4-哌啶基)丙烷完全质子化形成[H2tmdp]2+阳离子,配阴离子[HgCl4]2-、配阳离子[H2tmdp]2+以及溶剂CH3OH分子之间通过复杂的氢键形成二维层状超分子结构.
A two-dimensional supramolecular compound [(HgCl4) (H2tmdp)] · CH3OH [(tmdp is 1,3-bis (4-piperidyl) propane] was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction (HgCl4) (H2tmdp)]. CH3OH belongs to the orthorhombic system with space group Fdd2. The unit cell parameters a = 2.5940 (5) nm, b = 1.7401 , α = β = γ = 90 °, Z = 16. In the crystal structure, the mercury ion coordinates with four chlorine atoms to form a [HgCl4] 2- anion and a complete proton of 1,3-bis (4-piperidyl) The formation of [H2tmdp] 2+ cations with anions [HgCl4] 2-, cations [H2tmdp] 2+ and solvent CH3OH forms complex two-dimensional layered supramolecular structures through complex hydrogen bonds.
