我台使用北京广播器材厂生产的CS-10-1型电视发射机主备两部播出一套节目。根据需要对控制系统进行了多处改进。此后,延长了大型管寿命,提高了自动化程度和工作可靠性。现将改动电路介绍如下,供读者参考。一、延长大型管寿命的措施 1.灯丝低压预热原来的末级灯丝分两档,备机待命于全压,前级灯丝一步上全压。我们将前级灯丝也分两档,备机的前级和末级灯丝都于低压待命。这样,既避免了开机时大电流对灯丝的冲击,又减少了备机灯丝长期高温的损耗。交流配电原理图修改部分见图1。
