欧盟废物管理已形成了健全的法律体系,对各成员国废物管理起到了强有力的保障与支撑作用。本文分析了欧盟废物管理法律的特点,重点阐述了欧盟的废物管理法律制度对我国之启示。尽管中国废物管理与欧盟在产生背景、发展模式及程度等方面存在差异,认为重视并加强对欧盟废物管理法律制度的研究,并借鉴其先进的经验不仅能够为解决我国现有的废物管理问题提供管理思路和方法,而且对于逐步建立健全我国废物管理法律制度具有积极意义。
The EU’s waste management has formed a sound legal system and has provided a powerful guarantee and support for waste management in member countries.
