商水县小麦常年播种面积124万亩,今年平均单产560.2kg,总产69.46万吨。其中优质专用小麦面积订单只有6万亩,品种多乱杂,造成粮食加工企业收购不到优质的小麦,广大粮农卖粮难、卖不到好的价格,增产不增收。这就是当前市场存在的阶段性供过于求和供给不足的矛盾,矛盾的主要方面在供给侧,主要是结构性的问题。今年小麦备播,要做好结构调整,围绕侧供给,备足备好小麦种子、肥料、农药等生产物资。
