目的:了解埃索美拉唑在中国的专利申请状况,为我国制药企业的专利战略研究提供参考。方法:利用中国国家专利局检索系统、中国知网文献检索库、FDA以及欧洲专利局网站的数据统计1985-2013年间埃索美拉唑在中国的专利申请状况,并利用图文说明进行相关的专利分析。结果与结论:埃索美拉唑在组合物和剂型等专利申请领域仍有很大的空间,国内相关的制药企业、高校和研究机构应该予以重视,大力挖掘潜在市场,努力取得有关化合物的基本专利。
