热拌沥青混合料中加入矿粉会使混合料的性质发生改变,该文重点分析矿粉对沥青-骨料界面热力学性质的影响。选用7种沥青、3种矿粉和6种骨料,利用其各自的表面自由能分量计算相应的能量参数。通过测试沥青、矿粉和骨料各自的表面自由能并计算相应的能量参数,评价矿粉对热拌沥青混合料沥青-骨料界面的影响。结果表明:加入矿粉会导致沥青胶浆-骨料体系的抗裂性能、抗水损害能力以及沥青对骨料的润湿性能改变。鉴于现有的测试手段只能测试矿粉的颗粒大小、有害成分、形态等特性而不能对其进行全面评价,提出在混合料设计过程中通过表面自由能测试和能量参数计算来表征矿粉和沥青胶浆,从而优化混合料设计。
The addition of slag to the hot mix asphalt mixture will change the properties of the mixture. This article focuses on the influence of slag on the thermodynamic properties of the asphalt-aggregate interface. Seven kinds of asphalt, three kinds of mineral powder and six kinds of aggregate are selected, and the corresponding energy parameters are calculated by using their respective free surface energy components. By measuring the free surface energy of asphalt, slag and aggregate and calculating the corresponding energy parameters, the influence of slag on the asphalt-aggregate interface of hot mix asphalt was evaluated. The results show that the addition of slag will lead to the anti-cracking performance of asphalt mortar-aggregate system, the ability to resist water damage and the wettability of asphalt to aggregate. In view of the existing test methods can only test the particle size, harmful ingredients, morphology and other characteristics of the slag can not be fully evaluated, proposed in the mixture design process through the surface free energy test and energy parameter calculation to characterize the slag and Asphalt mortar to optimize mix design.
