以三年的冬小麦区域试验参试品系为材料,测定分析了离休叶片失水速率(RWL),叶片蒸腾速率(TR)和叶片初始含水量(IWC),结果表明,RWL,TR和IWC都存在显著的基因型差异。品系间排序在不同次测定中有波动,但呈基本稳定的趋势。不同试验区同一天RWL的测定结果综合可比性较好;年度间RWL测定结果稳定,RWL和IWC趋向正态分布。RWL和TR无相关关系,RWL和IWC有微弱的正相关趋势,三个性状与产量都不相关。根据此结果在选择高产性状的同时选择较低的RWL和TR方面进行了探讨。
Based on the three-year winter wheat regional trial, the RWL, leaf transpiration rate (TR) and initial leaf water content (IWC) were measured and analyzed. The results showed that both RWL, TR and IWC Significant genotypic differences. The order of the strains fluctuated in different times, but showed a basically stable trend. The results of RWL on the same day in different plots were comprehensively comparable. The results of RWL were stable during the year and RWL and IWC tended to be normal. RWL and TR had no correlation, RWL and IWC had a weak positive correlation trend, and none of the three traits correlated with the yield. According to the results, the selection of high yield traits while selecting lower RWL and TR were discussed.
