为了提高红外灯阵热流分布均匀度,应用单灯热流分布计算模型生成单灯热流分布数据库,解决了反光板反射热流问题,建立了红外灯阵热流分布仿真计算方法以及基于遗传算法的红外灯阵热流优化设计方法.对某卫星试验用红外灯阵进行优化设计的结果表明,热流分布不均匀度由优化前的24.61%降低到优化后的8.96%.对红外灯阵热流分布均匀度进行了测试,结果表明仿真计算值与实测值吻合良好,建立的红外灯阵热流分布仿真计算方法准确,优化方法可以有效提高热流分布均匀度.
