我国政策明确提出要提高建筑项目的严格监管,建筑项目监理是对建筑项目顺利完成的有力保证,本文站在工程建设方向的角度,首先明确建筑工程监理的意义,然后浅析监理行业目前存在的问题,以此为建设方针提出相应的解决方向,站在监理行业的角度对行业的健康发展提出监管的加强对策和期许。
