建设工程企业通过项目管理可以对项目的成本和进度进行控制。文章通过挣得值分析方法将进度和成本同步控制方法引入建设工程项目中,依据项目成本目标实施与项目成本目标期望之间的差异,从而判断项目实施的费用、进度。文章以北京市某商业地产开发为例,实践证明挣得值法是一种科学的项目管理方法。
Construction project management through the project can control the cost and schedule of the project. Through the method of earned value analysis, the article introduces the method of synchronous control of progress and cost into the construction project, and determines the cost and progress of the project implementation based on the difference between the project cost target implementation and the project cost target expectation. Taking a commercial real estate development in Beijing as an example, the article proves that earned value method is a scientific project management method.
