随着热电企业供需关系的逐步改变,以及循环流化床锅炉自动化程度的不断提高,热电企业对分散控制系统DCS及其自动化控制提出了更多的要求,要求锅炉运行各项指标更经济、自动化水平更高,以提高锅炉系统运行的安全系数、增强企业的整体效益和竞争力。目前由于循环流化床锅炉大滞后、多变量耦合的燃烧特性,常规PID控制策略很难实现其燃烧过程的自动化控制,导致锅炉的自动投入率极低、管网系统波动大、多台锅炉之间的协调控制无法实现,不能满足企业对供电供热系统的调度要求,因此需要一种新的控制理论来实现。利用大连凯博科技发展有限公司专利技术无辨识自适应预估控制器实现对循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程的自动控制,并对锅炉燃烧过程中的煤量和风量进行优化,及时、准确的对锅炉给煤、密相床温,炉膛负压以及风量的预估计算和控制,实现了燃烧过程的自动控制和过程优化,达到了提高锅炉效益,减少煤耗的目的。通过在山东海化集团240T/H循环流化床锅炉的实际应用,实现自动控制时,主蒸汽压力的平稳度提高20%以上,节煤1%以上。
