我是孟津县苇园村电工。俺村月用电量仅有2000千瓦时左右。由于经济落后,线路老化,用电量少(基本上全是照明用电),低压线损一直徘徊在50％左右。为了降低线损,经村委会研究,实行一天三供电(早上一小时,中午2小时,晚上5小时),并加收1千瓦时的表损。就这样电费还月月收不够数,无奈只有提高电价来弥补亏空。电价高,群众又不能全天用电,干部群众怨声载道。怎么办呢?整改线路吧,至少得花4万元。村里没有钱,换了几任电工都没法。
