检测了35例恶性实体瘤患儿的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,发现恶性肿瘤组总SOD、铜锌SOD(Cu/ZnSOD)活性较良性肿瘤组及对照组均明显降低;肿瘤转移或复发后其活性进一步降低;神经母细胞瘤锰SOD(MnSOD)活性较其他恶性肿瘤组及对照组显著升高;转移或复发后更高。术后总SOD活性较术前有一个显著升高后再下降的过程。作者认为,SOD活性可作为小儿恶性实体瘤诊断、疗效评价及预后估计的指标之一。
The serum level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was detected in 35 cases of malignant solid tumor. The results showed that the activity of total SOD, Cu / Zn SOD (Cu / ZnSOD) in malignant tumor was significantly lower than that in benign tumor and control group Or further decreased after the relapse; the activity of manganese SOD (MnSOD) in neuroblastoma was significantly higher than that in other malignant tumors and control group, and higher after metastasis or relapse. The authors believe that, SOD activity can be used as a diagnosis of pediatric malignant solid tumors, efficacy evaluation and prognosis of one of the indicators.
