插齿工艺具有精度高,生产率高等优点,是一种值得推广的工艺,但是链轮插齿刀在我国是极为少见的。要专门设计制造这种刀具在技术上较困难,生产成本也较高昂。本文提供一种在标准插齿机上用渐开线模数齿轮插刀来加工链轮的方法,这种加工方法得到的链轮齿形既保证了链传动的啮合要求,又有较好的运动学和动力学性能。用这种方法加工的链轮,已在生产中应用,效果良好。本文是“链轮新齿形”一文的延续和发展。
