棉铃的生长发育与气温的关系极为密切。为了给培育丰产稳产优质棉提供依据,我们于1985年在库尔勒农二师二十八团农科所进行了本试验。 供试材料为海岛棉优良新品系77-18-235和新海3号(对照)。研究方法是,自始花期始,即7月5日起至8月9日止,每隔5天分别给供试材料当日开的花挂牌,注明开花期和果枝节位,每次各挂100朵花。待棉铃吐絮时,每隔2—3天调查挂牌棉铃的吐絮期(以棉铃裂开1.5毫米为准)并记于牌上。棉铃收获时,以单铃为单位,统计各期
Cotton boll growth and temperature are closely related to the temperature.
