目的:探析心率变异性分析在糖尿病患者自主神经病变中的早期诊断价值。方法:选取2015年3月~2016年3月我院收治的63例糖尿病患者为观察组,选择同期于我院接受健康检查的63例健康人为对照组。两组研究对象均接受心率变异性时域检测和分析,对糖尿病患者自主神经病变中心率变异性分析的早期诊断价值进行分析。结果:对照组夜间SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50高于白天(P<0.05),观察组夜间、白天的心率变异指标无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组24h的SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50与对照组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者进行早期心率变异性诊断和分析,更有利于预测、预防自主神经病变,降低恶性心血管疾病发生率,提升患者的生存质量,具有积极的临床诊断价值。
Objective: To explore the early diagnostic value of heart rate variability in patients with diabetic neuropathy. Methods: From March 2015 to March 2016, 63 cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 63 healthy people undergoing health checkup in our hospital were selected as the control group. The two groups of subjects were tested in the time domain of heart rate variability and analyzed. The early diagnosis value of variability analysis of central nervous system in patients with diabetic neuropathy was analyzed. Results: At night, the SDNN, RMSSD and PNN50 of the control group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the heart rate variability between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05) Than the significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Early diagnosis and analysis of heart rate variability in patients with diabetes is more conducive to the prediction and prevention of autonomic neuropathy, reduce the incidence of malignant cardiovascular disease and improve the quality of life of patients with positive clinical diagnostic value.
