党的“十八大”报告将生态文明建设与经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设摆在了同等重要的高度,充分显示了生态环境因素对当代中国发展的深远影响。因此,研究生态环境制约当代中国发展的成因,并在此基础上提出通过提高公众环保意识;健全生态环境保护保障制度;合理创新利用科技等途径,实现生态环境与经济社会的可持续发展。
The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC sets the ecological civilization construction at an equally important height with economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction, fully demonstrating the far-reaching impact of ecological and environmental factors on the development of contemporary China. Therefore, the study of the ecological environment restricts the development of contemporary China. Based on this, it is proposed to realize the sustainable development of the ecological environment and economy by improving public awareness of environmental protection, improving the protection system of ecological environment, and making rational use of science and technology.
