“市场营销”的概念可以引入博物馆吗?博物馆营销与商业市场营销有什么区别?带着这样的疑问,我溯源而上,对市场营销学作了一番探究,我相信营销的概念在博物馆实践中是被误读了。表现之一是把“营销”仅仅限于博物馆内的商业活动,如出售商品等;表现之二是把“营销”仅仅理解为促销。以下是作者在研读市场营销学时的读书笔记。冠之以“札记”是因为这些文字仅仅是读书时的点滴感受,还未及进行详细的论述。不当之处,敬请批评。
