目的通过浸润性乳腺癌中血清和糖皮质激素调节蛋白激酶3(serum and glucocorticoid-regulated protein kinase 3,SGK3)的表达情况进行分析,初步探讨SGK3与浸润性乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法课题组于2015年10月—2016年1月,利用组织芯片,检测SGK3在癌旁乳腺组织和浸润性乳腺癌组织中的表达,并结合临床参数探讨SGK3与浸润性乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系,计量资料比较采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果免疫组织化学(组化)结果显示,SGK3在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达高于癌旁正常乳腺组织[(338.157±133.349)、(199.959±52.917)],对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在浸润性乳腺癌组织中,雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)阳性组织中SGK3的表达较ER阴性组织增高[(378.494±142.749)、(318.853±143.199)],对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SGK3在浸润性乳腺癌组织中呈高表达,且在ER阳性的浸润性乳腺癌组织中的表达高于ER阴性组织,SGK3有可能成为浸润性乳腺癌临床诊断和预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between SGK3 and the clinicopathological features of invasive breast cancer by analyzing the expression of serum and glucocorticoid-regulated protein kinase 3 (SGK3) in invasive breast cancer. Methods The research group from October 2015 to January 2016, the use of tissue microarray to detect the expression of SGK3 in paracancer breast tissue and invasive breast cancer tissue, and clinical parameters SGK3 with invasive clinicopathological features of breast cancer Relationship, measurement data were compared using t test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. In invasive breast cancer, the expression of SGK3 in estrogen receptor (ER) positive tissue was higher than that in ER negative tissue [(378.494 ± 142.749), (318.853 ± 143.199)], and the difference was Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of SGK3 is highly expressed in invasive breast carcinoma and is higher in ER-positive invasive breast cancer than in ER-negative tissues. SGK3 may be an indicator of clinical diagnosis and prognosis of invasive breast cancer.
