我厂ZQ-650型减速机的主要漏油部位是轴封处,漏油情况十分严重。对此,我们采取开回油槽防止漏油的措施,经在10台减速机上的应用效果较好,有效地降低了减速机润滑油的外漏。如附图所示,在减速机下壳休1的轴承位圆弧面的最低处开一条回油槽2。槽宽约5～7mm,深约4～5mm,并将表面修整光滑。油槽两端必须分别沟通端盖的止口槽和油池,回油槽的底面稍成坡度,外高内低,
