目的：观察复方羟磷灰石钛尖治疗猴牙尖周病的疗效。方法：用复方羟磷灰石钛尖充填根管治疗猴牙实验性尖周炎，半年后，显微镜下观察疗效。结果：实验组：愈合６５．６３％，进步１２．５０％，失败２１．８７％。对照组：愈合５７．１４％；进步１４．２９％；失败２８．５７％。结果：复方羟磷灰石钛尖充填根管治疗猴牙实验性尖周炎，疗效略高于Ｏｘｐａｒａ牙胶尖（对组）照，但无统计学差异。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of compound hydroxyapatite titanic point on periapical periodontitis in monkeys. Methods: Compound apical hydroxyapatite tip tip root canal treatment of monkey teeth experimental periarthritis, six months later, the efficacy of the observation under a microscope. Results: The experimental group: healing 65.63%, progress 12.50%, failure 21.87%. Control group: healed 57.14%; improved 14.29%; failed 28.57%. Results: Compound hydroxyapatite titanium tip filling root canal treatment of monkey tooth experimental periarthritis, slightly higher efficacy than the Oxpara gutta percha point (group) according to photos, but no significant difference.
