借鉴锻压领域的中心压实法,研究采用不均匀温度场方法改善楔横轧件芯部质量。为获取最佳改善楔横轧件心部质量的合理不均匀温度场,本文利用有限元技术,研究了相关热力学参数对不均匀温度场的影响规律,并结合冷却实验,得到合理不均匀温度场温度梯度曲线。通过力学分析和楔横轧实验验证,研究了获取合理不均匀温度场实际工作方法。
Drawing lessons from the compaction method in the field of forging, the method of using inhomogeneous temperature field to improve the core quality of cross wedge rolling was studied.
