长期服用肾上腺皮质激素诱发结核病称为类固醇性结核病.现将1984年1月～1990年2月收治的26例报告如下:因系统性红斑狼疮、胶原病、风湿病、慢性肾炎等(占53.8%)应用激素治疗诱发肺结核病者共26例(初治23例,复治3例),男17例,女9例,平均年龄42.5岁.一、激素使用情况 强的松平均27mg/日.用药时间1月～6年.>3月共20例(76.9%)26例中有3例除激素外,尚并用其它免疫抑制剂,如环孢霉素、硫唑嘌呤、环磷酰胺等.
Long-term use of adrenocorticotropic hormone-induced tuberculosis is called steroid-resistant tuberculosis. Now January 1984 ~ February 1990 admitted to the 26 reported as follows: due to systemic lupus erythematosus, collagen disease, rheumatism, chronic nephritis (53.8% ) Hormone therapy in patients with tuberculosis induced a total of 26 cases (initial treatment of 23 cases, retreatment 3 cases), 17 males and 9 females, mean age 42.5 years .A prednisone use prednisone average 27mg / day. Time of January to 6 years.> March a total of 20 cases (76.9%) 26 cases, 3 cases in addition to hormones, but also with other immunosuppressive agents, such as cyclosporine, azathioprine, cyclophosphamide and so on.
