研究了微波辐射下苯甲酸甲酯的合成新方法。考察了微波辐射温度、微波辐射时间、酸醇摩尔比、催化剂用量对反应的影响。经正交实验设计得到最佳反应条件:微波辐射温度为70℃,辐射时间为15 min,酸醇摩尔比为1∶3,催化剂用量为3 mL。产率可达93%以上。结果表明,微波技术用于苯甲酸甲酯的合成,操作简便、反应时间短、产率高,具有一定的实用价值。
A new method of synthesizing methyl benzoate under microwave irradiation was studied. The effects of microwave radiation temperature, microwave irradiation time, molar ratio of alcohol to acid and catalyst on the reaction were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained through orthogonal design: the microwave irradiation temperature was 70 ℃, the irradiation time was 15 min, the molar ratio of alcohol to alcohol was 1: 3, and the amount of catalyst was 3 mL. Yield up to 93%. The results show that the microwave technology for the synthesis of methyl benzoate, easy to operate, short reaction time, high yield, has some practical value.
