党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》第一次明确提出了“积极发展混合所有制经济”的改革新思路,中央、各省也制定了混合所有制改革的目标和任务。高速公路行业作为国有资产较为集中的行业,能否抓住这次改革的春风,实现行业可持续发展,成为值得思考的问题。本文研究了高速公路行业的混合所有制改革,展望了改革的实现路径。
For the first time, the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform” was explicitly put forward for the first time by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. The central government and provincial governments also formulated a new policy of “reforming mixed economy with active ownership” Goals and tasks of ownership reform. As an industry with relatively concentrated state-owned assets, the expressway industry can seize the spring breeze of this reform and realize the sustainable development of the industry, making it a question worth considering. This paper studies the mixed ownership reform of the expressway industry and looks forward to the realization of the reform.
