改革企业领导体制,实行厂长负责制的试点工作,从一九八四年五月开始,到现在已经一年多了。目前全国试点的国营企业总数已达两万多。在实行厂长负责制以后,究竟如何正确理解和坚持厂长负责制?如何正确认识厂长身份?如何进一步加强企业党、政、工三方面的工作?如何选拔合格的厂长?这在理论上和实践上都是需要认真探讨研究的重要课题,也是厂长负责制试点中必须解决的一些根本性问题。本文试对其中几个问题谈一点粗浅认识。
The reform of the corporate leadership system and the implementation of the director responsibility system have started from May 1984 and have now been more than a year.
