以TLC法鉴别了该方中的金钱草、三七、补骨脂、连翘 ;又用HPLC法测定了三七中人参皂甙Rg1的含量。色谱条件 :惠普产Zorbax -NH2 柱 ( 4.6mm× 2 50mm ,5μm) ;甲醇 -乙腈 -0 .1 8mol/L的醋酸水溶液 ( 36∶90∶5)为流动相 ;流速 1 .2mL/min ;检测波长为 2 0 5nm ;柱温为室温。平均回收率为 97.80 % ,RSD为 1 .50 % (N =5)。
TLC method was used to identify Lysimachia sinensis, Panax pseudoginseng, Psoralea coryli and Forsythia suspense. HPLC was used to determine the content of ginsenoside Rg1 in Panax notoginseng.
