流程、流程再造与核心竞争力 1、流程是企业以顾客需求和输入各种原料为起点到企业创造出对顾客有价值的产品或服务为终点的一系列活动,由一系列工作环节或工序所组成,相互之间有先后顺序,有一定的指向,时空上衔接。业务流程以顾客满意为目标,有两个基本特征:一是面向顾客,包括企业内部顾客,二是跨越职能部门、所属单位的现有边界。
Process, Process Reengineering and Core Competence 1. The process is a series of activities that the company uses as its starting point and the input of various raw materials to create a valued product or service for the customer.
