在过往的发展模式中,环保与经济效益往往是背离的:高企的经济效益常常以环境污染为代价,有效的环境保护则不得不以牺牲经济效益为前提。然而,对于降低粉尘排放、提高施工效率的无尘干磨来说,却在环保与经济效益之间找到了最佳结合点。顾名思义,无尘干磨就是在没有粉尘的环境下实现干磨工艺,其工作原理相当简单:通过高压气驱动干磨机旋转,在对原子灰和油漆进行研磨同时,旋转的吸尘电机在干磨机工作面上产生一个负压区,将干磨产生的灰尘吸入系统之内,防止灰尘对空气和环境造成污染。
