随着世界发展形势的不断变化,事业单位的人力资源管理在社会人力资源的管理体系中占有极其重要的地位。人力资源管理的改革不仅符合事业单位自身发展的需要,也是社会不断进步的必然结果。因此,对新形势下事业单位人力资源管理改革的研究极其重要,针对改革中存在的问题提出相应的措施,将有利于人力资源的管理,对社会发展具有重要的战略意义。
With the ever-changing situation in the world’s development, human resources management in public institutions occupies an extremely important position in the management system of social human resources. The reform of human resources management not only meets the needs of the development of public institutions, but also the inevitable result of continuous social progress.
