目的:研究和探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区老年原发高血压合并糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2012年6月~2014年6月收治的120例社区老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为观察组(60例,缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗),对照组(60例,氨氯地平治疗),对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后血糖、胰岛素水平、不良反应总发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后高血压下降总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区老年原发高血压合并糖尿病,能够有效降低患者血糖、血压,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study and explore the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 120 elderly patients with hypertension in our community from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into observation group (60 cases, valsartan combined with amlodipine Treatment), control group (60 cases, amlodipine treatment), the treatment effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results: The blood sugar, insulin level and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Valsartan combined with amlodipine can reduce elderly patients with essential hypertension and diabetes mellitus, which can effectively reduce the blood sugar and blood pressure and improve the therapeutic effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
