铣刨机的电液控制系统比较复杂,故障检修困难,特别是进口设备出现故障后维修的成本较高。以W1200F铣刨机为例对其使用过程中所出现的车辆行走不正常、铣刨鼓不能工作、机器没有制动、深度控制系统不能正常工作,以及洒水系统不工作等5种故障,利用厂家的参考资料,自行分析排查,列出可能原因和检修过程,并提出一些具有普遍意义的行之有效的电液故障解决办法。
