研究WR2721(氨基硫醇类药)对放烧复合伤的预防效果及其对造血功能的保护作用。结果证明:WR2721能明显提高放烧小鼠的活存率,并延长死亡动物的活存时间。用WR2721预防后,放烧小鼠的LD50由对照组的5.19Gy增大到9.53Gy,DRF为1.84。WR2721对放烧小鼠的预防作用以200mg/kg照射前立即给药效果最好。放烧小鼠用WR2721预防后,与对照组相比,外周血白细胞数和骨髓有核细胞数下降幅度少,恢复快,骨髓粒单系祖细胞伤后第1d和7d及骨髓造血干细胞伤后第7d和14d明显高于对照组。说明,WR2721对放烧小鼠的预防作用,至少部分是通过保护造血功能而实现的。
