研究ＷＲ２７２１（氨基硫醇类药）对放烧复合伤的预防效果及其对造血功能的保护作用。结果证明：ＷＲ２７２１能明显提高放烧小鼠的活存率，并延长死亡动物的活存时间。用ＷＲ２７２１预防后，放烧小鼠的ＬＤ５０由对照组的５．１９Ｇｙ增大到９．５３Ｇｙ，ＤＲＦ为１．８４。ＷＲ２７２１对放烧小鼠的预防作用以２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ照射前立即给药效果最好。放烧小鼠用ＷＲ２７２１预防后，与对照组相比，外周血白细胞数和骨髓有核细胞数下降幅度少，恢复快，骨髓粒单系祖细胞伤后第１ｄ和７ｄ及骨髓造血干细胞伤后第７ｄ和１４ｄ明显高于对照组。说明，ＷＲ２７２１对放烧小鼠的预防作用，至少部分是通过保护造血功能而实现的。
