本文应用排队论的理论,对铁路货场用起重机装卸汽车这一随机服务系统进行了探讨。通过理论分析,现场查标,统计推断指明:铁路货场笨重货物装卸作业区的汽车到达流基本上是普阿松流;服务时间服从负指数分布。因而M/M/1模型可以用于这一类随机服务系统。本文为提高设备效率而准确设置装卸机械找到了理论依据;为合理安排货场装卸机械的数量提供了一个好的方法。
In this paper, the theory of queuing theory is applied to discuss the stochastic service system of loading and unloading a car on a railway freight yard. Through theoretical analysis, site inspection and statistical inference indicate that the car arrival flow in the bulky cargo loading and unloading area of railway freight yard is basically Pu Aosong flow; the service time follows the negative exponential distribution. Thus the M / M / 1 model can be used for this type of random service system. This paper found the theoretical basis for setting the loading and unloading machinery accurately in order to improve the efficiency of the equipment. It provided a good method for arranging the loading and unloading machines rationally.
