当今世界上小型车用柴油机为提高功率、降低废气中有害气体排放量及改善颗粒排放性能,广泛地采用废气涡轮增压技术.日本五十铃公司在8O年代后期就已开发出4JB1T增压柴油机并将其投放市场.在我国小型车用发动机中,产量最大者仍数技术指标与现代要求差异很大的492Q型汽油机。4JB1柴油机经增压提高功率后可以很好地替代492Q而占领随着我国城乡经济发展而越来越大的中高档小型客车(面包车)市场.江铃汽车股份有限公司为增加JX493Q1(即4JB1)柴油机功率覆差面,使其不仅能满足本公司汽车产品多品种配套要求,同时可打入外配车用发动机市场,于1992年提出了自行开发JX493ZQ1型增压柴油机的建议.1994年此增压柴油机开发项目正式投入实施.本文介绍JX493ZQ1型增压柴油机开发过程中影响柴油机整机性能最重要的部分即燃烧系统的研制过程及所取得的良好结果.
