11m~3电动倾翻渣罐车是冶金运输的主要车辆之一,也是我厂的主要产品之一。通过几年的生产实践,发现11m~3渣罐车电动倾翻装置设计结构不太合理,因此传动装置系统加工和装配困难,试车时有时出现异常噪音,甚至有卡死现象,产品质量一直不稳定,给制造和使用都带来很多麻烦。 1.原因分析 11m~3渣罐车传动系统如图1所示,主要是通过丝杠传动带动滑架体在两根光杠上滑动,进而通过滑架体拖动支框(渣罐)实现倾翻运动。这种传动方式存在以下问题:
