目的调查某市传染病医院医务人员手卫生现状,分析存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。方法利用自拟调查表对某市传染病医院医务人员进行问卷调查,回收后进行数据录入和统计分析。结果该传染病医院手卫生设施较为完善,但缺少感应式水龙头和干手物品。医务人员手卫生知识掌握情况良好。参加手卫生规范培训的频率和医务人员手卫生执行情况的差别有统计学意义(χ2=20.763,P<0.05),接受手卫生监督检测和医务人员手卫生执行情况的差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.332,P<0.05)。结论要完善传染病医院手卫生设施,对医务人员进行手卫生培训和监督,提高医生手卫生意识。
Objective To investigate the status quo of hand hygiene of medical personnel in infectious disease hospital in a certain city, analyze the existing problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Methods Self-made questionnaires were used to survey the medical personnel in infectious diseases hospital of a certain city. Data were collected and analyzed statistically after recovery. Results The infectious disease hospital hand hygiene facilities, but the lack of induction faucet and hand dry items. Medical staff hand hygiene knowledge is good. There was a significant difference between the frequency of attending hand hygiene training and the hand hygiene performance of medical staff (χ2 = 20.763, P <0.05), and there was significant difference between accepting hand hygiene supervision and testing and hand hygiene implementation of medical personnel (χ2 = = 8.332, P <0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to improve the hand hygiene facilities of infectious disease hospitals, train and supervise hand hygiene of medical staff, and improve the hand hygiene awareness of doctors.
