云南省玉溪地区现在实行的三种公费医疗管理办法是:一、公医经费由公医办统管;离退休职工医疗费实报实销,在职职工门诊费用按每人每月6～10元基准,加每年工龄补助0.6～1.0元的标准,包干发给个人使用;住院医疗费个人自负少量后,实行实报实销;特殊病种适当放宽报销范围。 二、公医经费由公医办按一定标准分别拨给享受公医的单位自行管理,结余归单位支配,超支以单位为主自筹解决。
