制备了不同敏化条件下的Incoloy028合金试样,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱仪、扫描电镜等对试样进行测试,分析了敏化温度和敏化时间对试样析出相的数量、结构、分布、形态、成分的影响;并利用10%的草酸电解试样,分析合金析出相对Incoloy028合金耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,Incoloy028合金在800~1 000℃条件下敏化处理时的第二相析出数量较多,在700℃左右时析出相较少;同一敏化温度,随着敏化时间的延长,合金中析出相的量逐渐增加,析出相中Cr、Mo元素含量高,Fe、Ni低,这是造成028合金耐腐蚀能力下降的主要原因。
The samples of Incoloy028 alloy were prepared under different sensitization conditions. The samples were tested by metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. The effects of sensitization temperature and sensitization time on the precipitation of the sample The effect of alloy precipitation on the corrosion resistance of Incoloy028 alloy was analyzed by using 10% oxalic acid electrolytic sample. The results show that the number of precipitated second phase of Incoloy028 alloy during sensitization treatment at 800 ~ 1 000 ℃ is quite high, and the precipitate phase is less at about 700 ℃. With the same sensitization temperature, the alloy The amount of precipitated phase is gradually increased. The content of Cr and Mo in the precipitated phase is high, while the content of Fe and Ni is low, which is the main reason for the decrease of the corrosion resistance of 028 alloy.
