目的研究ω-3鱼油脂肪乳对胃肠道恶性肿瘤切除术后患者的临床作用。方法将胃肠道恶性肿瘤切除术后患者80例随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予低热量肠外营养治疗,而研究组加用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳。比较两组的氮平衡、血浆蛋白水平、免疫功能、黄疸指数及转氨酶、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数以及感染性并发症的发生率。结果经过术后6d的治疗,两组的氮平衡、血浆蛋白水平差异无统计学意义。但研究组的免疫功能、黄疸指数及转氨酶明显改善,机体炎症反应明显降低,感染性并发症减少。结论ω-3鱼油脂肪乳有利于胃肠道恶性肿瘤切除术后患者的恢复。
Objective To study the clinical effect of omega-3 fish oil in patients after gastrointestinal cancer resection. Methods Eighty patients with gastrointestinal malignant resection were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was given low-calorie parenteral nutrition, while the study group was given ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion. The nitrogen balance, plasma protein level, immune function, jaundice index, aminotransferase, C-reactive protein, white blood cell count and the incidence of infectious complications were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 days of treatment, there was no significant difference in nitrogen balance and plasma protein levels between the two groups. However, the study group’s immune function, jaundice index and aminotransferase was significantly improved, the body’s inflammatory response was significantly reduced, reduced infectious complications. Conclusion Omega-3 fish oil emulsion is beneficial to the recovery of patients after gastrointestinal cancer resection.
